THIS FABRIC IS SOLD BY THE PANEL! The panel measures about 24.5″ wide x 43″ tall excluding the white borders and selvage. Instructions for making this tote bag are printed right on the panel and shown in picture 3 of this listing! You may want to consider adding a lining with fusible interfacing to make this a heavier duty tote bag which will also allow you to customize it by adding pockets and a button/loop or magnetic snap closure!
